Temple of Doom

A cult leader stands on the edge of a fiery pit in an underground stone temple, he has a still beating heart in his hand. A crowd of cult devotees look on from across a divide. Behind him in the floor is trap door. There are cult henchmen all around. One of them operating a lever and wheel. A man is locked in a cage suspended over the trap door on long chains. It slowly opens, and a lava pit is revealed. The cage is then lowered into the lavapit. The cult leader then raises his fist into the air and the heart catches fire.

Thuggi Cult leader Mola Ram removes a man's heart with his bare hands. The victim — kept alive through the power of dark magic — is strapped into a cage and lowered into a fiery pit.

As he meets his demise, his still-beating heart ignites in Mola Ram's outstretched hand.
